the hand cream is thicker(like you said) and it is more moisturizing but i think they smell the same strength … if you have super dry skin id find one that smells good and use it but if not i would recommend just getting regular body lotion because i find that it is less expensive, because the cream is thicker it costs more and comes in a smaller amount..good luck <3

My baby head skin is too dry and she usually scratchs it. Besides washing her hair, should I moisturize her head skin by lotion. If it’s ok, which lotion would you suggest?

Thank you all for your suggestions. I alread remove scalp by baby oil but that is not my concern. My baby is 9 month old and I dont wash her hair so often, the culprit is the dry weather. Her head is dry all the time, that is why I want to moisturize her head skin to prevent dryness.

That is what cradle cap is… dry skin on the head. You can just use baby oil in their hair on their head. That will make it better. Also, if you are bathing her every night, switch to every other night or two. If she needs the bath for bed, just don’t use shampoo or soap in her hair except every few days… that will dry their skin out. All my kids had it when they were little. But only once.. It is easy to get rid of by just putting baby oil in their hair.

Question by Jenn: How do you cure irritation dry skin when lotion burns and makes it worse?
I have dry skin on my face that gets worse whenever my face gets wet and it also gets very red. I have tried multiple lotions and all of them just burn and make my face more red because my skin is so sensitive. Is there any way to make it less irritated without making it worse. Please help. thanks =)

If I were to go into, say Monoprix, what would I look for if I am looking for extra moisturizing body lotion? I used a translator and the translation looked weird. What would the real translation be?
